Parts Tracking System (PTS) is a project developed to track and report the transfer of parts between departments in an automobile manufacturing plant. The PTS mobile application works on compatible devices, allowing the transfer of parts to be recorded using the NFC (Near Field Communication) and barcode scanner hardware of the device. 

Highlights

User login and part transfer operations are done via encrypted personnel cards that are read to the hand terminal.

The part entry into the system is done manually or with the barcode reader on the handheld terminal.

In cases where there is no network connection, the track information is saved on the handheld terminal. When the network is reconnected, the information in the terminal is automatically sent to the system.

Part transfers, transfer users and stock status can be tracked through the management panel.

Reports can be created for part transfer, system input and output and stock movements in the management panel.
